I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Kingsgate Canal Hotel by Millennium, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly receptionists who made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Their warm smiles and helpful attitude set the tone for a delightful stay. One of the standout features of this hotel is the impeccable cleanliness. The rooms are spotless and well-maintained, reflecting the high standards of the housekeeping team. Every corner of the room, from the bathroom to the bedding, was thoroughly cleaned and fresh, providing a comfortable and hygienic environment that made me feel right at home. The hotel's location is another major advantage. Nestled in a serene area along the canal, the surroundings are both beautiful and peaceful. It’s a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, allowing for a relaxing stay without any noise disturbances. The tranquil atmosphere is ideal for both leisure and business travelers looking for a quiet place to unwind or work. The hotel was very accessible and value for money even during the peak season at Dubai. We like that the room was kept clean everyday by the housekeeping. We were also assisted by Ms. Danica at the front office who was very helpful and made the check-in seamless. She’s very professional and also suggested some activities we can do in Dubai during our stay.

After a long time I went to this hotel again. I find a family atmosphere in this hotel. This time I was quite disappointed but everything worked out fine in the end. Security Manager Mr. Salman sorted out everything. I hope so. no one can ask personal questions about me and my friend, the staff has no right to ask personal questions, which is not right at all. I work in hospitality. Once again I thank Salman.

The hotel is quite new so it makes the experience already better. It's like a complex of 3 Kingsgate hotels so be sure you come to right one (; Staff was nice and pleasant. The room was quite small but equipped with all necessary things for short stay. Room was clean and pleasant, bed comfortable. Parking a little bit tiny so can happen that it could be full when you enter. Breakfast is served in the hotel next to it, close walking distance. Not too rich choice but pleasant, clean and satisfying. Location is new and many construction around but clean, quite and pleasant.

For the price I paid, this hotel was absolutely worth it. I needed a place to stay for an event I had to attend the next day, very clean room and bathroom, and the facilities provided were just great. It had everything a 3-4 star hotel should have, and I felt that I made a good decision by choosing Kingsgate. The staff were very efficient, kind and helpful. They checked me in quickly, and they really enhanced my whole experience. I'd say again, absolutely worth it.
