I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Kingsgate Canal Hotel by Millennium, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly receptionists who made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Their warm smiles and helpful attitude set the tone for a delightful stay. One of the standout features of this hotel is the impeccable cleanliness. The rooms are spotless and well-maintained, reflecting the high standards of the housekeeping team. The hotel is well-located. I stayed in the apartments while my own apartment was being renovated. By Dubai standards, the price is reasonable. Importantly, it's always clean, and the staff is friendly. Special thanks to Ranjit, Farhan, and Kiran.

The receptionist is very helpful.

The hotel was very accessible and value for money even during the peak season at Dubai. We like that the room was kept clean everyday by the housekeeping. We were also assisted by Ms. Danica at the front office who was very helpful and made the check-in seamless. She’s very professional and also suggested some activities we can do in Dubai during our stay.

I've known about this hotel since November 21, and I've been staying there from time to time. Good location, always clean, comfortable beds and the price for it is all very pleasant. TV with smart TV. The staff is friendly and helpful. Thanks to Jack for his help. He is nice and kind 🙏🏼
